Returns and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be:

      • Unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

      • With all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Items that are damaged, washed, or altered after delivery will not be eligible for return.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear.

  • Cosmetics, skincare, and personal hygiene products.

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page.

 

3. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

 

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability.

  • If the requested exchange is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

 

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

 

6. Return Shipping

  • For eligible returns, customers may need to ship the product back to us.

  • In case of damaged or wrong products, Swagat Bazar will bear the shipping charges.

  • For other returns (like size issues or change of mind), shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

 

7. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Go to My Orders in your Swagat Bazar account.

  2. Select the product you want to return.

  3. Click on Request Return and follow the steps.

  4. Our team will review your request and update you via email/SMS.
