✅ Eligibility for Returns

You can return a product within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Items such as innerwear, lingerie, and personal care products are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons unless damaged or wrong product is delivered.

🔁 Return Process

1. Go to [My Orders] on our website.

2. Click on Return/Replace next to the item you want to return.

3. Choose a reason for the return.

4. Our delivery partner will pick up the item from your address.

5. After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be initiated.

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after quality check.

Refund will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details for NEFT refund.
